You may check on-line 24 hours for available rental properties.

If you find a rental outside of our service anytime during your three month membership, just e-mail us for our current mailing address. We do not allow free time trials.

We offer you a guarantee. If you locate a rental property on your own, and it was NOT through any of our rental listings or landlords, we will cheerfully refund the fees paid by you in excess of a $25.00 service charge as permitted by State of California Business and profession codes.

Please send us your rental "needs" so that we may keep them on file, and it may help us to find you a place faster.
(Please include area/or cities, price, number of bedrooms/baths, pets, or others). We will be updating the listings, and there will be more new ads listed during the week.

We do not allow free time trials. We don't cancel memberships after people have used the listings, however we do offer refunds (1/2 back) if they find a place on their own. If you find a place to rent outside of our listings, please e-mail us a.s.a.p. so that we may help you immediately. E-mail us for the proper refund request mailing address.

We may request of copy of your new lease or rental agreement, along with your name and password information. You have until 10 days past your expiration date at the latest to mail in your copy along with your request your refund. You will need to e-mail us for the correct current mailing address or fax, to send in any rental information requested. Refund requests mailed in late or past the expiration period allowed, are not entitled to any refunds.
